z999k Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing the z999k website at z999k.ws, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or using any casino game on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of the z999k platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all users of z999k regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser on a mobile phone, a tablet or a desktop computer. If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account, contact our support team immediately. z999k cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable password security.

• One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• All registration details must be accurate — false information results in permanent account closure.
• Account security is the player's responsibility — use a strong, unique password.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all z999k users.
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not sell, gift or transfer your z999k account to any other person.

All bets placed on z999k are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation notification in your z999k account. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where the cash-out feature is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes. z999k reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure.

• Minimum bet: Rs 200 per selection across all sports markets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the betting slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed after an event has started are void unless they are specifically designated as in-play markets.
• Accumulator (multi) bets are allowed — maximum 20 selections per accumulator.
• If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections.
• z999k reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from accounts showing patterns consistent with professional or syndicate betting.

The cash-out feature, where available, allows players to settle bets before the relevant event has concluded. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher or lower than the original stake. z999k reserves the right to suspend cash-out during periods of extreme odds volatility, such as the final over of a T20 match.

All casino games available on z999k — including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, Aviator, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer infrastructure from accredited game providers. In general, the following rules apply to all z999k bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be made.

The z999k Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 500 to the referring player for each successfully qualified referral. A referral qualifies when the referred friend registers using the referrer's unique link and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500. There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals a player can make.

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited — you cannot refer yourself using a secondary account.
• The referred friend must be a genuinely new z999k player — not someone who has previously held an account.
• Referral bonuses are credited automatically upon the referred friend's qualifying deposit.
• z999k reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where the referral is found to be fraudulent, coordinated or in breach of these terms.
• Milestone bonuses (at 5, 15 and 50 qualifying referrals) are credited automatically and are subject to the same conditions as standard referral bonuses.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the z999k platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or exploiting promotions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any poker-style game format.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or pricing mistakes — if you notice a technical error, you are required to report it to support immediately.
• Engaging in match fixing or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the z999k platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or any communication with z999k support.

z999k reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the terms of this agreement have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that the account poses a risk management concern.

In cases of suspected fraud or terms breach, z999k may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The account holder will be notified of the suspension via email or SMS and will have the opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation.

• If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and all funds restored.
• If a breach is confirmed, z999k reserves the right to close the account and withhold any balance derived from the breaching activity.
• Legitimate funds deposited but not derived from prohibited activity will ordinarily be returned after deduction of any costs incurred.
• Players may close their own z999k account at any time by contacting support — remaining balances will be paid out subject to standard verification requirements.

z999k is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. Your z999k account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of z999k content or branding.

z999k provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of technical errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z999k shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to a technical fault where the bet had not been confirmed prior to the fault.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions due to the player's own payment provider.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the z999k platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption to service caused by circumstances beyond z999k's reasonable control, including network outages, government restrictions or force majeure events.

z999k's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z999k collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at z999k you consent to your personal data being processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, z999k uses your personal data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; manage your account; provide customer support; comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations; and, with your consent, to send you promotional communications about relevant z999k offers. z999k does not sell your personal data to third parties.

z999k reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
